Summary
Two Arrows Zen women's retreat in Torrey, Utah will be led by Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi. This retreat is offered as an opportunity for women to practice together to experience the strong forms, rich ritual, and deep silence that have been refined through centuries of Zen practice. All female-identified practitioners of any sexual orientation are welcome.
The program will include elements of traditional Zen sesshin along with interpersonal practices. Full days include extended periods of zazen, walking meditation, shared work practice (samu), meals together, interview with the Teacher (Dokusan), and Dharma Talks. Afternoon outings for practice in nature will be included in the schedule, weather permitting.
