Ken Wilber is regarded as one of today’s most influential thinkers, especially in the realms of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality.
His insights have direct application to our lives, and he points to four very important dimensions of human development: cognitive, spiritual, psychological, and embodiment.
Led by Diane Musho Hamilton and some of her students, this workshop will be an exploration of these areas, with an emphasis on how to apply insights of Integral theory to your own development.
